We also, through our advisory, help people buy, sell, or build design-led properties.

Our founders, Jack Powell, an alumnus of the renowned Bartlett School of Architecture with extensive experience managing projects for award-winning developers, and Matty Hind, a charismatic dealmaker with over $200 million in design-led residential sales and a proven track record of acquiring sites for London’s leading developers, united around their shared belief:

Matty is an seasoned property professional with nearly a decade of experience working with industry leaders like The Modern House and award winning design-led developers.
Having overseen more than 200 million GBP in residential sales, and acquired development opportunities for some of London’s leading developers, Matty combines his deep market insight with his longstanding relationships to deliver exceptional opportunties for MJHP.

Jack is an accomplished property professional with a holistic understanding of the built environment, drawing on experience gained at industry-leading developers, prop-tech companies, and globally renowned architecture practices.
A graduate of UCL’s Bartlett School of Architecture with extensive experience managing projects for award-winning developers, Jack leverages his creative vision and technical expertise to shape and implement MJHP’s bold strategies.
